At ZoomMart, we offer a wide range of essential items tailored specifically for students. Our product categories include:

  • Detergents – laundry soaps, cleaning agents, scrubbing tools.

  • Breakfast items – cereals, beverages, bread spreads, and more.

  • General provisions – canned foods, snacks, drinks, and other must-haves for school life.

We make it easy for parents and guardians to find all their ward’s school needs in one place — quick, convenient, and delivered right to their doorstep or school.

Placing an order on ZoomMart is quick and easy:

  1. Browse Products – Visit our website and explore the different categories or use the search bar to find what you need.

  2. Add to Cart – Select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.

  3. Review & Checkout – When you’re done shopping, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter Delivery Details – Provide the necessary information, including the student’s name, school, and delivery location.

  5. Make Payment – Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase.

  6. Confirmation – You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes, you can! At ZoomMart, we make it easy for parents and guardians with more than one ward to shop in one go. Simply:

  • Add all the items needed for each student to your cart.

  • During checkout, provide clear delivery details for each student (name, school, and any specific instructions).

  • If the orders need to be packaged separately, just leave a note or use our order instructions box during checkout.

Our team will make sure each student’s items are clearly labeled and delivered accurately.

We understand that sometimes you may need to update your order. If you want to make changes (like adding or removing items, or updating delivery details), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Since we process orders quickly, changes may only be possible within a short window after placing your order. Once your order is completed, changes can no longer be made.

To request changes, reach out via our support lines, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We strive to keep all our products in stock to meet your needs promptly. However, due to demand or supply constraints, some items may occasionally be out of stock.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by the product image.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience with minimal disruptions.

🚚Shipping & Delivery

At ZoomMart, we proudly deliver to students based in Ghana, with a special focus on the Labone area. We deliver directly to homes and schools within our service zones to make sure your provisions get to your ward safely and on time.

If you’re outside our current delivery areas, please contact us to check availability or special arrangements.

Yes! ZoomMart delivers directly to students at the school’s premises. When placing your order, provide the student’s name, house and any specific delivery instructions, and we’ll make sure their provisions get to them safely and on time.

We’re focused on serving Labone students and look forward to expanding to other schools soon!

At ZoomMart, we charge a fixed delivery fee of GHS 30 for all orders. This flat rate helps us maintain fast and reliable delivery service to your ward’s school.

We aim to keep costs transparent and affordable so you can shop with confidence.

At ZoomMart, deliveries are currently made only on school visiting days. This ensures a smooth and organized process for getting provisions directly to students.

While you can’t choose a custom delivery date at this time, we’ll notify you ahead of the next scheduled visiting day.

💳Payments

ZoomMart currently accepts payments via Mobile Money (MoMo) — a widely used and secure option in Ghana. Details for payment are provided at checkout.

Yes, you can! ZoomMart offers a pay-on-delivery option for added convenience. You can choose to pay when the provisions are delivered to your ward on a visiting day.

Just select “Pay on Delivery” at checkout to let our team know during the order process. 

🔁Returns & Refunds

At ZoomMart, we do our best to ensure that every item delivered is in perfect condition. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please note that:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Food items and toiletries are not eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged or incorrect.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always here to make things right.

At ZoomMart, we encourage all customers (or their wards) to check the items at the time of delivery. If any item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please inform the delivery personnel immediately or contact our support team on the same day.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed. Reports made 48 hours after delivery has been completed without verification may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

This policy helps us ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers.

If a refund is approved, Zoom Mart will process it within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued only in the form of product replacements or store couponsno cash refunds will be provided.

Please note:

  • Refunds apply only to eligible cases, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported at the time of delivery.

  • You will receive a notification and confirmation once your refund (product/coupon) is processed.

Yes, you need to create an account to shop at Zoom Mart. Having an account helps us provide you with a personalized experience, including:

You can easily track your order status by logging into your account and navigating to Account > Orders. There, you’ll see real-time updates on your order’s progress.
