Refund Policy
At Zoom Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver accurate, high-quality products in a timely manner, we recognize that unforeseen issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which customers may be eligible for a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Items that are missing from your order.

Items that are incorrect (i.e., not what was ordered).
To qualify for a refund, the issue must be within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after this period has closed may not be eligible for redress.
2. Form of Refund
Zoom Mart does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

Product replacement, or

Store coupon of equivalent value, redeemable on future purchases.
The method of refund is determined based on product availability and the specific nature of the complaint.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, processing will take place within 2 to 5 business days. Customers will be notified via SMS or email once the refund has been completed, along with a confirmation receipt.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following instances:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Products that have been used or tampered with.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond Zoom Mart’s control (e.g., weather, traffic).
5. Right to Review
Zoom Mart reserves the right to review all refund claims on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to decline any refund request that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
